Ruth's Chris is one of the three most outstanding restaurant experiences in the RVA area. We go there every August for a birthday celebration and never regret the visit. To be sure, it's expensive and not for the faint of heart when the check comes. But we enjoy pampering ourselves on this special occasion. I highly recommend everyone give it a try
I ordered the Rib eye Pittsburg medium and got MR. On top of that it was tough. Did not cut like prime. More like choice My son got the combo of filet and shrimp and loved it but said the ribeye had more flavor
The food and service were outstanding, although the price definitely makes this a splurge evening. I do wish they would increase the lighting I like to actually see the people I am dining with
