had totally ruined my wife's birthday dinner. 1. this “restaurant” completely ignored that we had a birthday dinner. the service was much worse that you can ever imagine. 2. steaks were so hard to bite, you cannot imagine that they were not made with frozen meat. if they want good steaks, they avoid this place at all costs. meat with many tendons? ruth is the right place to try for them. 3. the sides are the worst. even if they cost extra, I had a budget of $500 for two for this dinner so I don't care. have they ever tried to freeze spinat? this place can help them because ruths steakhaus is a sweat. it will ruin everything they think is Steak House. go somewhere else and you'll eat better....
our waiter was fabulous, I have to say he went over and beyond. well, I was at ruth chris some paints and always enjoyed it and excellent. but I will say that this was not the best since it is in the rule that I was very disappointed for a thing that I ordered new york strip and a new york strip hardly has no fat. I was loaded with fat, I couldn't eat it. I usually eat the filet, but I just wanted a good new york strip. very disappointed. another thing, the lighting there is no more lights on this place, I can't even see my food eating it needs less I had to take my phone off to read the menu and I have 2020 vision. again as I said, my waiter was great. a great dinner with my family. great service and all staff are very nice. the food was perfect! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a good “fine dining room” experience.
