Ruth's Chris Steak House Waltham

I may be old-fashioned, but I believe that a diner should never have to ask for their water glass to be refilled. And if they do have to ask, it should be done quickly so they don't have to wait while their meal gets cold. Unfortunately, this particular Ruth's Chris Steak House fell short in several areas. The bathroom was dirty, the light fixtures were cracked, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was unusually dark compared to other Ruth's locations I have visited. Overall, the experience was mediocre. It was good, but not great, which is what I have come to expect from Ruth's Chris.

Went for the Casamigos tasting menu 4 courses plus dessert we were excited it was very poorly managed the drinks were on time but they waited for the food to serve every course was significantly late the food was cold and the drinks watered down because the ice had melted awaiting the food this happened for every course the steak was ok because the plate was hot and almost brought it back to life overall very disappointing it was a 3.5 hours way to long I like Ruth Christs but won’t attend another tasting event will just go for the regular menu

Give the option of 9pm reservation online then immediately call you to tell you the doors close at 9pm. Then when you get to the restaurant at 8:50 they say you have 6 mins to order. Felt way too rushed for spending close to 300$.

The food is delicious and the service is fantastic. My son insists on returning every time we visit him at college.
