Waitress Selena was wonderful. 4 people having dinner, cost about $500 including dessert, drinks and coffee which included two people having the great Prix Fixe options on the menu. Our guests had to send back their steaks which were overcooked. Cappuccinos came out cool and there was a snafu with dessert when it wasn’t clearly communicated that they were out of the chocolate lava cake we ordered and the waitress nicely tried to substitute for us. I expect a higher end overall service experience similar to what you receive at Morton’s or Capital Grille.
Went for Hudson Valley Restaurant Week. Filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Service was excellent. We were celebrating a special occasion so there were some thoughtful extras some confetti sprinkled on the table when seated, chocolate Happy Anniversary wishes on the dessert plate. Mix of businesspeople, families and couples. A little loud at times. I would definitely go back. Easy to find (right off the highway) and plenty of parking! Front of house staff were wonderful, too.
While we have been to Ruth’s Chris bar for happy hour many times (which is amazing on its own in terms of quality of food and drinks) this is the second time we have eaten inside the main restaurant. The steaks, the drinks, the garlic mashed potatoes, the wedge salad and the service is consistently top notch. I love going some place that has a high bar for quality and service and not being disappointed. Our server Mike and the team were awesome! Absolutely love this place.
The wait staff was excellent, food was excellent, the side dishes were amazing. The decor seemed a little old, maybe needs some updating. I would definitely recommend it for a special evening out.

Our server, Mandi, remembered us from previous visits which was a nice touch. Her service was prompt and professional throughout the meal. Our food was delicious and prepared the way we requested.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we were definitely impressed!!! We loved everything!!! We celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary in style! Thank you!
The waiter had attitude! We asked for three separate checks. He laughed and refused. He brought extra sides that we did not order and charged us for them.
