This local meat market and butcher shop is a gem, reminiscent of the ones that used to be in every town. The quality of the meat is exceptional, and though it may be a bit pricier than chain stores, it is definitely worth it. They offer deer processing with a variety of options, as well as catering services that are unmatched. I had a whole hog roasted for my daughter's wedding and it was a huge success. We ordered a boneless prime rib for our Christmas dinner and it was the best we've ever had. The seasoning was perfect and my entire family enjoyed it. We will definitely be purchasing it again.
We purchased a prime rib for our Christmas dinner. (12 people). This was by far the best prime rib we have ever had. Better than anything we have had purchased in Crdar Rapids
This restaurant serves the best prime rib you can find. The meat is always fresh and cut to order. The owners are very friendly and run this local business.
