"Amazing handmade fresh ramen. Soup is thick and tasteful, but a little overwhelming after some slides. I still tortured my meal because the noodles were great"

I was several times in her crow nest, several times and loved her noodles, especially her broth. I thought they were delicious, light and had a very good balance of aromas. I also like that you have used minimal amount of MSG. Grief I've just figured out this Bondi Cross branch and wanted to try it really, as it's closer to where I live. I went there last Wednesday without checking first, and the only day on which they are closed. Grief So today I tried again on a Saturday night. I've heard a lot about Ryo, so decided to dinner for dinner after doing the Coogee to Bondi Walk. Since it gets cold, I thought she could not go wrong with hot N-Suupy. As noodles arrived, it looked promising, but I was disappointed. One of my girlfriend ordered the special and SG girl had the miso flavoring soup. The noodles were slightly cooked, as well as my Shoyu egg. The soup was Fad (both SG Girl and I added to our soup soy sauce). I have not tried the original outlet the other types, but I do not think I will not come back soon.

The Special Ramen is a beam of balanced aroma. Perfect amounts of umami, fish, pork and soy. With two half eggs, Nori, sesame seeds and the Melt-in-your-chaser / pork, this ramen has all the testimonies of something serious. And inexpensive at 15 US dollars, it is cheaper than a similar ramming at Ippudo. Most bowls are actually cheaper, each around 13-14. The Gyoza we had was also quite good, though not at the level of Chaco.

Maybe I'm not a ramon fan, I still feel a bit salty and thicker for me, and the staff is very pretty and friendly, and not like the crows nesting one, no line here
