Saborea (food Truck)

I'm not sure what's worse; the service or the fact that their plantians are Goya's frozen plaintains from the box. I definitely understand that making homemade tostones can be time consuming but have a little bit more pride in your quality of food and hospitality with customers. It's sad when other food trucks can offer better service than your own people that I was excited to bring my service to. The rice was okay but definitely not fresh, their tostones were pre packaged, their fried pork was good and enjoyed the malt drink. I won't be back at the simple fact the attitude was weak. The sweet plantains were amazing as well as the fried pork. The chicken empanadas were excellent! The customer service is excellent and it seems everyone is bilingual (English and Spanish). You also must check out Milky Shake which is right next door (they own that business as well) my wife loves there different varieties of flavored cones. I think their vanilla milkshake was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Sorry no pics on the ice cream. Been there twice and always forget to take pictures because me and my wife eat’em so quick. Lol I will update with pics next time.
