My god, where to begin! My mother and I are on a little mission to find the best Indian in Ballwin/Manchester and this place might just be it! Atmosphere was on point, the place itself is quiet and peaceful for a nice date or family outing. Staff is soft spoken but super friendly and knowledgeable. They don't try to up-sale and are genuine which I love as a guest. We tried the Chicken Makhani (AKA, butter chicken), and Chicken Tikka Marsala which Garlic Naan. Brought my boyfriend here for our anniversary and it was amazing! The servers were really friendly and the place is really nice inside. We got the vegetable platter to start which was amazing and big enough to be its own meal. (The word decadent wasused). I got the chicken tandoori half platter which was more than enough and he got the chicken tikka which definitely stolethe show. We 're absolutely coming back!!
I have been going to Saffron for around half a year, and I have been extremely satisfied every time. Beautiful restaurant, kind staff, and some of the most delicious Indian food I have ever had with large portions to boot. I have tried a good portion of the menu, and can say that the goat curry and lamb vindaloo are my absolute favorites.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options without any inconvenience
This was truly the best lunch I’ve had in a really long time!! the staff are incredibly attentive and so sweet. I can’t get over how flavorful every single thing was! We really enjoyed our lunch today at Saffron! We ordered the Vegetable Korma, Benghan Bharta, Dal soup and veggie Samosa’s! Everything was very delicious and flavorful! The atmosphere was lovely and elevated and the gentleman that work there were very friendly and helpful! We would highly Recommend that you try Saffron!
Ordered from this restaurant and was not disappointed. I had the chicken vindaloo spicy. For dessert I had the Kheer Rice Pudding and Rasmalai. Everything was really good. After visiting a couple of times now believe this is the go-to when wanting authentic Indian cuisine. Everything on the menu is excellent and they have very attentive staff members that ensure an excellent experience.

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in St. Louis! I currently live in LA, and I haven't found a place I love as much as Saffron anywhere in the country. It truly is the best. My favorite dish is the mushroom saag.
