First of all it is not a restaurant to eat at a table properly, there are only 3/4 seats to eat along a mini table in height stuck to the wall. Then the bun is not fabulous, the chicken was good, the pasta was not well cooked, there were very few vegetables and chicken. The sandwich, leaped noodles and rice are tasteless. The nems and samoussa are not great. The price is quite correct. Anyway don't stop there to enjoy a good Vietnamese.
The welcome is medium... but good, it's not a restaurant but a catererer... I was looking forward to the idea that I was going to taste a real Bo Bun...I was finally disappointed with the quality of the dish, it was lacking flavor, it was lacking taste, it lacked essential ingredients such as aromatic herbs that enhance this dish... The nems are soft because warmed with the micro waves...I really had better! From afar!!!
Saigon! A small caterer who always cooks as well for 20 years! I don't touch the Parisian nem anymore for the most part rather low-end. Their leafy nem are enchanting C is a kitchen on the inch without space to truly sit outside a small counter, but their sandwitch with the stuffed chicken wing is good. A place I always find with pleasure!
After my Tai Chi class, I like to stay in a certain continuity.... it's fast, accurate to the gram pret...150 gr of Cantonese rice for example... no place to sit, a little bit squeezed when there are people. I can find a vegetarian menu... not too much choice on top... Book a table now
