I've found the best pho in the Union County area after trying several restaurants through delivery apps like DoorDash, Seamless, and Postmates. This hidden gem has completely won me over, and I've become a regular since they’re only available on Postmates now. In just 3-4 weeks since my first order, I've already placed two more. I always order their beef pho noodle soup and recently started adding grilled rare steak for an extra kick. This Vietnamese restaurant is one of the best I’ve ever been to! The food is remarkably authentic and absolutely delicious. The pho was exceptional, and they offered all the extra ingredients, sauces, and spices to amplify the flavors. The bubble tea was also fantastic and distinctive compared to other places I've tried, featuring real pieces of fruit or flavor. The staff was extremely friendly and even demonstrated how to enjoy certain appetizers in a traditional manner, which added a personal touch and enriched the authenticity of the experience. I had a fantastic experience at Saigon Cafe in Millburn. The restaurant is small but charming. The service is fast and the food is incredibly tasty. I highly recommend trying the grilled beef banh mi and the beef pho, both of which were outstanding. The Vietnamese coffee with jelly was also good. If you're in the area, I definitely suggest stopping by. As for COVID precautions as of March 2022, all servers were wearing masks and the restaurant was very clean. The seating area is not large, but it wasn't overly crowded either. I felt comfortable dining indoors.
I can't fathom why anyone would rate this restaurant below 5 stars! Although we waited for 20 minutes, it was absolutely worth it! The pho was among the best I've ever tasted, and every dish was delightful. The owner was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking on us often, seeking our feedback, suggesting what to order, and recommending sauces to try. The coffee and bubble tea were both fantastic, and the restaurant itself was clean and welcoming. I wish I lived nearby so I could become a regular. I highly recommend this place!
I visited this restaurant with a friend and ordered the beef summer rolls (I didn’t manage to take a photo because I was so hungry I dug in right away) along with the beef pho. Initially, we had some trouble finding a seat and stood inside for a while, feeling a bit overlooked until we requested a table outside. Once we were seated outside, the staff became very attentive and friendly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. I would definitely come back!
This is a consistently great restaurant. Food is fresh and delicious. Now service is supreme especially if you're lucky enough to get Pat as your waitress. The order staff is good as well and always are loving to get your food or to your table. Weather permitting, they have a nice outdoor space to enjoy as tables can be limited inside.

The food was cold and lacking in flavor, and I didn’t receive all the items I ordered. The vegetarian spring rolls (which I refer to as summer rolls) were torn and contained only three ingredients each. I really don't believe this is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant; I've had better results cooking in my own kitchen.
Fabulous pho!!! Incredibly flavorful and amazing choices. Great apps and entrees. Run by a lovely family as well.
