We are regular customers here. We just had a late lunch here today. However, our experience today was the worst we 've ever had. Our server had an inexplicably strange attitude. We waited for more than ten minutes to get two cups of water from the beverage machine right behind us. After a long wait, when my husband asked for water again, the server said, "Okay, it’s on the way!” but then made us wait for an additional 5 minutes. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food, and the other tables that arrived after us were served water promptly, and their food came out first. Wife and I went in for lunch after Dr appt. 11:30 am and busy.Seated right away and waiter was at table, delivered menu and took drink order.He returned in about 3 minutes with drinks and took our order.We has spring and egg rolls which came out in about 3-4 minutes.Wife ordered pork chop/rice combo(C-1), while I had chicken /lemongrass sauce bun-vermicelli (B4-1).Both meals were great and abundant(yes, take home plenty). We have always enjoyed this restaurant, but I swear, they defy odds and get better every time. This place; it 's a great first date, a great reconnect date, a good family go-to, a good place for students, a good place for individuals studying. All that 's happening right now! Everyone is happy. Because the service is prompt and polished, the place smells comfy, and the food is plentiful and totally worth the price. Highlights; reliable favorites from Vietnam, plenty of quail eggs, so many good soups, bahn mi ! Recovering from respiratory issues due to pollen?! This is your soup stop. It was a cool night. We noticed that after we were seated, there were more seats further back. The meal was uncomfortable due to the draft of the door repeatedly opening. The food was very good. This is our second time eating here. We highly recommend the food. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
