I am looking for a solid Vietnamese restaurant to satisfy my desire for a homemade bowl of Pho! We assumed line for a table was out of the door! FYI for take out you don't need to wait in line, they have the bags lined up inside. The photos come out! Fried spring rolls (4) came with salad and fish sauce. Great taste, but wished they were bigger! I ordered the grilled pork balls sandwich, but got the grilled pork sandwich (think, the meat is equal, only not in meatball form), a little disappointed, but it was still good. Meat was well flavored, sandwich had a good bite, could have used a little more meat. Pho was very well flavored without seasoning, not as great as mothers but good enough! W...

Good experience. We ordered Hue vermicelli and Special pho. Hefty meat and noodle. Broth is quite sweet which is true Saigon style signature, but not preferred to me as the sweetness overwhelmed other flavors. Pho broth is supposed to have warm notes e.g. cinnamon ginger star anise and Hue broth is strong in lemongrass with a fishy hint. But here two types tasted almost the same. Nonetheless this restaurant is very well run. Owner and servers are Vietnamese. It decors nicely and the food seems well received by people of various cultures.

The Pho is authentic Vietnamese. Very delicious and serving is great. The Bon Mi sandwich was not a fan. It certainly did not meet my expectations. I'd stay with the Pho soup when I come back. The sandwich had good taste, but it wasn't worth $8.00. It was basically grilled chicken on bread. I have no idea what the sauce was on it because there is no description on the menu online, but everything seems to be Vietnamese authentic and the Pho is the winner here.

Fantastic food and good service. We had pork and chicken with rice. Very recommended. The next time the Pho courts will order.
