The staff is excellent and works hard during busy periods, but I believe that they should have more staff on hand during these times. I have always loved the coffee there and usually enjoy an americano with pouring cream, which adds the perfect touch. However, today I was told they no longer offer cream. I don't think the coffee tasted the same without it. It was a very disappointing experience.
