Set in a small village, not notable in any way, is an acceptable, pleasant bar/restaurant. Food was very good. My chicken liver salad entree and duck-a-l'orange main were different and tasty. My wife said her terrine and roast pork selections were also very good. The daily menu is inexpensive for 3 courses and includes wine. Service was a bit slow as only one waitress working today, but was ok. Good varied selection of wines, mostly inexpensive. Decor is simple but comfortable and parking is easy next door. Clientele were all locals as not a tourist destination, but well worth a visit if nearby.
Small stop when we were on the holiday road. The terrace is faithful to the photo on their site. That's what made us want to stop it. Not far from the exit of the national, we were not disappointed. Very pleasant welcome, meals served quickly and in addition, very good. This little break made us a crazy good to continue the 5 hours of the road we had to go. Restaurant to be recommended!
The staff and owners were receptive and pleasant. The environment was very basic. The waiter was pleasant but laid back and unprofessional, didn't inspire me. The food was disappointing the steak in particular was tough and tasteless. I was visiting a friend who lives in St-Selve and this was our last evening together, which made the experience worse.
Every time we come, we are never disappointed. Very warm, food is good, everything is fresh and homemade and fries peeled and cut freshly make the loulous feast I recommend. It's good to have such a good restaurant in our beautiful village. Thank you.
