Not totally satisfied; it seems ‘the soul’ has left the restaurant. Primary thought: lets get this lunch over with. To us the service was more robotical. Very quick service for the extensive menu. Surprisingly no wine pairing available, although mentioned on the menu. Bummer! Also hastily pouring wine from the bottle (while the glass still containing wine) isn’t the best customer service experience. Some of the dishes are really good; Lots of sauces and crèmes, which is in the end unbalanced. In the whole: its average considering the price.
Saiti one of the best restaurants that I visited in Valencia and Spain in many months, people and food were exquisite and defitnely I recomend.
best address in town, good value for money. hospitality combined with good service, fresh ingredients with the cook very own touch.
