I've been dining here fairly consistently for a couple years and I am big fan. Surprised to see negative experiences in other fairly recent reviews, actually. Anyway, like I said, I am fan, the food is consistently good and flavorful, for me. I get the same thing every time: pomegranate chicken +falafel wrap. Tasty, with garlic spread, hummus, spicy tahini, peppers onions, etc. One thing I like is the staff gives generous portions and will listen you, as well, like if I want a bit more cauliflower or hummus or whatever, they will do it without hesitation, within reason, of course. Some other wrap places are very strict about portions and you end up feeling ripped off. Not here, for me anyway...
I have been going to Sajj for a few years now. Really enjoyed the food, ambiance, service, and zabhiha halal food. However, I have noticed the quality of food at their San ramon location have gone down, it's no longer they way it used to be.This Tuesday when I ordered Shawafel, I could smell something was wrong. With covid and all, its difficult for small businesses. I just hope they improve on the quality of the food.
There are many delicious options for vegans at this restaurant. My go-to is the falafel pita filled with garlic sauce, eggplant, and pickled beets. The side soup is vegan and complimentary with a sandwich. If your server doesn't mention it, just inquire. I also recommend trying the fries on the side, especially when dipped in hummus or garlic sauce - they are delicious! The restaurant is very clean.
Their $17 vegan plate has 2, I repeat 2, falafels. The rest is just rice, a small scoop of hummus, and a few salad leaves. It was really sad and the falafels were dry. Stingy is the word that I'd use to describe this place Never again.

I am a huge fan of Sajj. It is my favorite spot for custom bowls in the Bay Area. This particular location, situated within a large retail and entertainment complex, is tucked away and offers a peaceful dining experience.
This has turned into a bad addiction I love those cookies. The most expensive cookies I have ever bought but damn good! It's a special treat I get my daughter from time to time! Love'
Crumbl never fails. The cookies are always soft and tasty! I often order and have them delivered for co-workers birthdays. Always delivered on time. They go over amazing!

I absolutely adore Crumbl! The chocolate chip cookies are always my favorite choice.
