beautiful discovery made during a stopover. being a sashimi fan and makis, we test a lot of places and we can be happy to have found the super spot on Port-Haliguen near the port! the mix between Japanese and local fishing is osteo, encouraging and works super well. We tested the salmon lunch and the chirashi. absolutely delicious! There is a real concern for detail and presentation that is not frequently found in this type of restoration. the team is very nice and the prices are correct. as it is from the local and ultra fresh, there may be some breaks on some products. Think about booking early. we will return with pleasure during a next stopover.

It's the second time we're back and we've got the chirashi back. excellent but the portions decreased compared to the first time. excellent sashimis and ceviches! The fish is very fresh and of quality (locally fished fish and salmon label red,) very copyy parts (which is rare,) ceviches filled with tasty and original ingredients. And the boss is very nice! If you want to eat on site, you have two tables in front if you want, as well as several benches in the shade just in front of the port. pass a little phone call before 6pm will avoid you waiting, as the notes of this establishment begin to build a solid reputation, and the orders are flooding.
for our New Year's Eve, we ordered a wide variety of caroline specialties that we wanted to introduce to our guests. They were conquered by so much freshness: salmon and shells were succulent. It was also very beautiful and a real enchantment for our taste buds. Champagne was perfectly in harmony with these beautiful products. Our guests warmly thanked us. It's likely that we'll make a new order before they leave. Good excuse to please us. Thanks to caroline to bring so much happiness in our plates.
