small, but cozy Japanese local objects are cooked to order so patiently, the sushi takes a little longer. the calamari was so delicate and beautiful, it was not sure that the soße was paired with a perfect wicy mayo, I ordered the teriyaki huhn and I did not cost it, mild taste and dry, but I paid for extra Calamari sauce and boom.! time to fight this sauce and sell it to me. the mochi was ok, I don't love the outer layer texture, but it was presented beautifully. had a strange experience with the waitress, but the manager addressed it immediately and was very professional. we're back!

excellent food and service! came alone with my 2 small children, originally ordered for the trip, but one of my little one had to use the toilet room so that we decided to dive. our hostess was very helpful and went beyond and beyond to help us with our food that was already packed to go. she opened everything and gave us something din in a utensil and drink. we had the steak bento lunch and also ordered extra garnelentempura. eating was a great quality and quantity for price comparison with other similar restaurants in the environment.

We ordered three specialty rolls for takeout rainbow, dragon, and a salmon roll. It cost us about 40. Unfortunately, it was well below our expectations. There are plenty of places to get good better sushi in Utah. As for Sakana The rice was dry. The fish tasted old. The smell of fish doesn't bother me, but these rolls were Smelly. I don't use soy sauce, but this time I had to. They were still hard to eat, but tossing them would have made the 40 we paid even more depressing.

sakana is our favorite sushi restaurant in slc. the fish is always fresh and tasty without too much sauce, just like the amazing sushi we had in southern California. the personal is the best. I can't wait to go back.
