I visited Sake Sushi as part of a big group for lunch, and was impressed by their lunch buffet. The lunch buffet comes with a small appetizer, a bowl of miso soup, and needless to say, any number of plates of sushi on the conveyor belt. While the variety of seafood for the buffet was limited to salmon and tuna, the selection of dishes on the conveyor belt covered most of the standard Japanese fare, with wakame seaweed, kappa maki, aburi salmon nigiri sushi with different (French-inspired) toppings, and a number of other types of rolls.
