Saki Creation offers fine French pastries with Japanese inspirations. This establishment is a gold mine of flavors and especially of creativity. There are pastry shops with black sesame, lick, Yuzu lemon, Matcha tea or red beans... It's disappointing, detonating, and unique in its kind in Nantes. I warmly recommend to anyone who loves pastries coming out of the ordinary.
We were expecting much better in view of the front line that inspires a rather high-end service. But it’s nothing! Unpleasant welcome from the woman who serves pastry. What a treat. A delight for taste buds! I strongly recommend the opera but also the bites to the queen. (Very well seasoned! I didn't taste other pastries, but everything seemed delicious!
Degustation of most cakes. Just amazing. Chocolate strawberry. Everything's fine light. Special mention for doryaks, the pancake is a siding lightness. Congratulations
