This is definitely my favorite sushi spot. I typically choose Kotobuki for special occasions because I like to go all out when I order food from there. Recently, I've been getting delivery, which is a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I usually order the sushi and sashimi platter, specifically the one meant for two. The only downside to delivery is that it doesn't include their soup and salad or their fantastic fried oysters. When I visit in person, the staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. I’ve taken my somewhat picky parents there, and they always leave very satisfied, particularly because they love the ramen they serve.
