Salad & Co - Table reservation

As a vegan in Lille, it's pretty much a given that this place should be on my favourites list. Ample supplies of fresh local produce, all you can eat and drink. Plancha cooking with nice sauces, spices and herbs to choose from. There's meat and fish of all kinds, both in the salad bar and plancha options if you like. I unfortunately have to pass on the deserts as, apart from peaches, everything contains milk or eggs. It's a shame, as they are reputed to have the best ice cream in the vicinity. The other thing I find a shame is the sheer size of the place. It's huge, always packed, bustling, people generally shoving towards the buffet and queuing up everywhere. The noise is overwhelming. I ordered la plancha here. So, basically we can create the ingredients of our own salad. I chose pasta, some veggies, with cheese sauce, then the waitress stir fried it for 2-3 mins. I seated inside the resto. The concept is very good with some plants inside, wooden chairs and table, feel really nature. There is also cold fresh salad. You can go back and take them again till fed up! Also, you can enjoy some flavoured water (e.g., lemon, rose, apricot, etc) and your own style ice cream!

This restaurant is a salad bar with fresh produces in a buffet spread. They have really attractive range of buffets. Salads Desserts Drinks all for 11 euros! what's not to like? Perfect place for weight watchers as well as salad lovers.

The best place in for vegetarians. You can enjoy a variety of meals. The open buffet is yummy. I highly recommend this restaurant

Bad quality, I don't think they wash the vegetables or Cook properly the chicken. I do not recomend it to anyone .
