I absolutely love this Salad Works location; I even travel 20 minutes from my home just to come here instead of going to the one closer to me. The staff is fantastic and the food is exceptional. The restaurant is always clean, which adds to the great experience. I sincerely believe the staff deserves a raise – we should reward great behavior and professionalism in the workplace. If a raise isn’t possible, perhaps consider giving them a retention bonus. It’s important to keep these wonderful employees happy so they can continue providing excellent service to us. I'm really frustrated with businesses that don't fairly compensate their employees and then rely on customers to tip. Charging $14 for a salad feels excessive—it's just a salad! Companies should be providing their workers with a livable wage. That said, I want to emphasize that my criticism isn't directed at the staff here; everyone was professional and friendly.
I’m tired of these companies not paying their employees enough and then asking for a tip for these poor people. The salad is $14 already, it’s a salad! PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVABLE WAGE. This is not a reflection of any of the people that work at this location, everyone was perfectly professional and lovely.
A good spot to get a full filling salad and that is about it. Everything else lacks luster. Also don't even walk in if it's anywhere near closing they will wipe ur table while you still eating and the food will be cold!!

Today march 19th the blonde girl is working in this moment always is with bad very bad attitude. I order and paid , l never ask for free. I don’t understand why she is working there yet.
I really enjoy the salads at this place. I usually order the Caesar Salad, and the ingredients have consistently been fresh. The staff was also very friendly during my last visit.
The salad was far better than anything I could prepare, even with the same ingredients. There's definitely an art to it. And the rolls? Absolutely wonderful!
