This place for me is great. I have not had a bad experience. The employees I have interacted with, have been nice and helpful.The outside sign, grabs your attention. It invites you to come in and try the deliciousness within.I love salads and this place fits the bill. The regular bowl is a great price and you can easily get two meals out of it. You have a choice of several different greens. I normally get the arugula and arcadian mix. Occasionally, I will just get Salata mix. I usually love this place, but lately, I won’t be making the drive to this location anymore. The last time I visited, I got home only to realize they forgot my dressings. Today, when we walked in, it seemed like the manager was just sitting there talking while yelling for someone from the back to come help us. We waited way longer than we should have before being attended to. When we finally did get a server, we had to ask her to stop giving us tiny portions of everything. They were completely out of the spicy chicken, and it was only noon! The food was mediocre, but the service was unacceptable. I ordered online and even included a 15% tip. I specified that I did not want feta cheese, but when I arrived, my order had feta in it. The employee, Latoya, claimed that I hadn't indicated "no feta cheese" in my order, which was incorrect. Honestly, is it really worth arguing with customers about feta cheese? I'm allergic to cheese and would eat it if I could! This was such a frustrating experience. I was genuinely concerned that Latoya might do something to my food while remaking it; she looked like she really disliked her job. I hope she finds a position that suits her better.
I paid $14.05 for a chicken Caesar salad wrap... $14.05! For a tiny wrap that was falling apart, I ended up eating the salad with my fingers in my car because I realized there was no silverware in the bag once I left. The only reason I actually paid for it was because I’m pregnant, starving, and only had a 15-minute lunch. I didn't want to make myself late by going somewhere else, and I also felt bad for the line of people behind me. On any other day, I would have walked out after seeing the final price for a regular chicken wrap—nothing special about it. I wish I had gotten a receipt.

I had the most disappointing salad I've ever encountered. The lettuce was wilted with brown edges, and there were large pieces that included the core. The pineapple chunks were also quite large, and some tough core pieces were mixed in. The grapes were cut into small bits as well. I ordered takeout, and for $15.00, it felt like a total waste of money. The person who prepared the salad bar really missed the mark. Food Rating: 1/5.
This restaurant lacks quality. We ordered online they called back an hour later stating they were out of main ingredients. It would?ve been nice if the food items that were out of stock weren?t listed on the online web or app. Overall, I recommend to notuse the app or online web to place order. It took weeks to receive over $30 back. Also, the quantity of food they give you for alarge salad is minimal. Would not return.
I had my first meal at this restaurant, and it definitely won't be my last! The range of food choices is impressive, and it's a quick, fresh, and tasty place to eat. My salad was so large that I was able to enjoy it twice from the same bowl. I highly recommend this place! The staff were friendly and attentive, and I want to give a special thanks to Phebe for her helpful menu suggestions. I truly enjoyed my experience!
This will be my final meal at this restaurant. They charge $1.00 for extra dressing, and the portion sizes are quite small. I ended up spending $20.00 for just one meal. I’ll be looking for a different place to eat. This used to be my favorite spot for healthy meals, but fortunately, there's a new place I can check out. Goodbye!

My favorite place to get a good tasting and filling salad. The staff is friendly and will help you with any questions. It is clean and well maintained. My salad is looks healthy but it was probably over 1300 calories with the same I customized it sobeware of that. Overall I would recommend checking it out.
You may think: why would I pay this much for a salad? Cause it's really delicious. They have an amazing variety of ingredients and the small salad is very filling. The proteins are all very well seasoned. I love the tea tap.Food: 5/5
