Any time the restuarant had very intriguing offerings using local ingredients of the season combined with a refrreshing creativity. The chef not only leans on to...traditional German cooking but also borrows from other international cuisines. The dishes of slow cooked meat are definitely as highlight as is the BBQ offerings in summer. The meals are accompanied by wine offerings boith regional German wines as well as French or other international wines which the staff is well educated to give you good recommendations on. Nice restaurant with really good food and a nice ambience. We have been there after Christmas for a dinner with friends. The menu was small but very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit the Salischer Hof again soon

Schlechtes Hotel, schlechter Service, dafür hochpreisig. Die Hotelzimmer (wir hatten 2 gebucht) sind winzig, schmutzig, keimiger Duschvorhang, spartanisch eingerichtet.
Wir haben den 70.Geburtstag meiner Frau gefeiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Leute haben einen Superjob gemacht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
