We eat regularly at salsa and would highly recommend breakfast, lunch or dinner. We eat there at least once a week for dinner and breakfast on Saturday morning. They have the best green chili that has won prices and my favorite meal is the Carnita. Beautiful Huevos Rancheros and we love their salsa and chips. Try her pozole when in the season. We had many of the articles and cannot remember that we would not eat again. It is a family business and managed business and everyone there makes you feel comfortable and at home.
My sister and I love this place so much!! The staff is amazing, the food is better, and of course the salsa and chips are on the point! You have this fantastic card that you can exchange to earn free meals, drinks and appetizers. Love it! We drive all the way from Thornton to Salas if we want Mexican food. Don't you believe me? Try it yourself.
Soooooo good! Salsa, green Chile smothered burrito are excellent. Also ordered a kids cheese quesadilla was a homemade tortilla as well as taco shells. Amazing mitchelada's! We loved it so much we were so bummed it's the only one in Denver and we live all the way in Aurora. Guess we will be finding excuses to go to Wheat Ridge all the time.
Love salsa. Food is great, but most people treat You like family! We've been here for years.
