The food at Salsa's Taqueria is consistently delicious. However, their DoorDash menu needs improvement. There’s no way to request items to be removed or served on the side, and the comment section is disabled. For example, I ordered the taco salad and wanted the guacamole on the side, but couldn’t specify this in the menu options. I had to call the restaurant to make the change, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. While I understand they may want to avoid extra requests in the comments, adding a “NO” option in the required selections on the menu would be very helpful.
I tried this place for lunch today and am chowing my leftover burrito as I write this. I can't get over how darn good this place is, which is why I knew I needed to write this review giving props where due. If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would. Fresh, generous portions and absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is counter service with self serve drinks and warm chips, including a variety of salsas. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Everyone was very nice and professional. The food was tasty. The chips were hot and crispy and they had an amazing assortment of salsas. They also had a great assortment of Mexican bottled sodas, fountain drinks, wines, alcohol and beers. They have severaltv?s and they have music playing. Overall happy to have found this place.
I tried the Quesabirria Tacos at Salsa's Taqueria, and they were incredibly tasty! Salsa's Taqueria always offers excellent food. One of our top choices from the menu is the carne asada fries—they're the best in the city! If you’re eating in, don’t miss out on the mango margaritas—they’re a definite must-try!

Shrimp fajitas are the Best here. Not swimming in grease. Tasty plump shrimp..generous portions. My favorite food Mexican cuisine in Folsom. Super friendly people. They make their own corn tortillas.! Other tasty dishes as well. ChileVerde...chimichuanga... all good.
The chorizo breakfast Burrito is fabulous. The Chile Verde is the best I had. The tamale plate is in the middle of the street. The place is clean and quiet. The staff is fast.

The chorizo was extremely salty this time, much saltier than before. I’ve ordered it previously and it was really good, but not on this visit. I couldn’t eat it.
Friend recommended this place. Delicious and affordable. This will be my new lunch place!
