SALT - Boulder - Table reservation

We've dined at SALT for our anniversary dinner. Overall, we could no longer be satisfied. We sat in the basement (the room below where they often host events). It was quiet and cozy. Service: Our server MJ was fantastic! He was busy and professional, but we could get to know him and his interesting story that brought him to the USA and finally SALT. Do not hesitate to get involved to reduce the formality of the service. Beverages: You have a good choice of wine. We had Joseph Swan Pinot together with some cocktails. We had a dinner of two and it was a nice experience. The cocktails were delicious. My steak was cooked clean and perfectly seasoned. 100% grass fed and weed ready. My friend had the gnocchi and it was amazing, especially with the meat tomato sauce. The interior of the restaurant is complicated rustic but modern. We love the historic red stone walls

I have tried to try this restaurant because it has developed from wild standard. yesterday I ordered an salat for the takeout and reported to the restaurant bar.

How sweet is this place?! it was a few times here and it was a funny little place to catch with a friend, take drinks and bite them.
