From start to finish the experience was lovely. The staff was knowledgeable and easily accommodated my gluten free and dairy free diet. There was plenty of options for me and as a chef myself, I’m happy to pay for a meal here, the taste and value are there. Beautiful setting as well. My only critique would be the volume and choice of music; perhaps something more classic, less pop music that they’d play on a Netflix reality show; it was difficult to hear the person sitting across from me and it was about 1/2 full dinning room when we were there. The two large table of heavy drinkers were also part of the noise which I understand can’t be helped…but honestly everything and everyone working ar...
The service was impeccable! I can't say enough about how attentive the staff was. The food was excellent! The bacon was outstanding! The only draw back was a group of 8 inebriated golfers who were way too loud for the room we were in...for any room for that matter! All in all I will be going back on my next trip to Saratoga.
Food was overpriced for minimum quality. Had to ask for a manager three times before one would come over. He was not interested in what we had to say, just wanted to give us a free drink, desert, etc. We were interested in provided constructive feedback. Don't waste your time and money.
