Salt Marrow invited me to dinner to see new menu items. Holy smoke, they were good! We started with their Kentuckyaki wings; they were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. For the main course I have the kangaroo (yes, I mean real kangaroo) over grottos. How can you give it up? Next was the wood-fired swordfish over crabs and chimchurri. We need to meet the amazing employees, including the Chef, Tia. After talking about the menu with Chef, she told me we had to try the bouquet. The bouquet surprised me so much! It tasted like steak, but better. I cannot thank the staff enough! I would like to thank Brent, Director of Food and Beverages, for setting up all this. If you've never been to Salt Ma...

We were recommended this place by our friends and I must say that the food was probably one of the best we ever had. We had the bouquet with black garlic potatoes and the covered greens and it was delicious. Before we ordered oysters and scallops - absolutely perfection! The wine is a bit too expensive for what it is, but it was very good. If you can pay the price, I would totally recommend it. The part is not too big, but not too small. Our server Robert was very attentive and very friendly. We had a wonderful time and will be back soon!

I enjoyed my meal(s) for the most part. My first duck that was beef, Mac Cheese with Crab Rice was cold, but tasty, she offered me a substitute meal. The second duck I tried was the hen, which was very tasty and well cooked. My spare meal was one of the fish dishes and unfortunately it was a total failure in the taste department. Overall, I would recommend you try this place. Management was super

Very appreciate our server last minute in Master Week!!! Great service and atmosphere. They had some very exotic mast week options. I tried the 42 oz Porterhouse. Good, but asked for medium and had to throw it back. Well, but Frog hollow, Edgar main place, etc. are my preference for consistently prefect steaks.
