I've been to salute before and had a good experience then, but this time was different. Underwhelming vibe from the staff. I purchased the Beef short rib (about $45) and It came out cold in the middle. This sort of dish is basically inedible when cold. We took a few bites of the warmer side on the outside because we were hungry, then left quite sad. The dish being cold in the middle (yet cooked normally) leads me to believe that they were reheating the meat (probably in a microwave) At this price point of around $45 for a small plate, this is simply inappropriate. Love LOVE this place! We went on Thursday for appetizers and bubbly (delicious Cava, that happened to be 1/2 off on Thursday?s!! , everything was fantastic! The bruschetta was served on very thinly sliced potatoes vs bread?. Which was absolutely amazing!!! I can?t stress enough how beautiful this place is!! Very cool vibe! Beautiful/Sexy washrooms? sounds crazy but absolutely true! ???????????????????? Can?t wait to go back!!!!
Been meaning to come here for a date night and I'm very glad I did. I had the passionfruit sour and it was amazing. The menu said flaming cinnamon and my drink had cinnamon sticks that was lit on fire! Pretty awesome. Service was also great! We had several servers came by and made sure we were taken care of. 100% would recommend this place.
I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. We visited on a Wednesday night and the live musician was fantastic! The food was delicious. I highly recommend trying the pecan caramel cheesecake, it is made fresh and is absolutely worth it! I will definitely be returning in the future.

So much potential. I hope they do great. Couple kinks they can smooth out to bring in more repeat visits. For me, replace the bar ice in premium cocktails to single king cubes. Bring back local breweries on tap. Dial down the minimum tip amount.

I've always enjoyed my experiences at Salute. Their Valentine's specials were wonderful and Lucas made the perfect recommendations for us. Looking forward to more great evenings to come!
Prosciutto flatbread arancini were great! Croquetas de setas were a bit bland. Large variety of drinks available. Patio is nice for both summer winter (heaters).
