The hosts were not accomodating at all. I was a party of one and had no interest in sitting at a bar or long table with other people. I had been jammed in close proximity to people all day traveling and wanted some space to eat in peace. They were annoyed when I declined to eat at the bar. There were tons of open two-chair tables available and the hostess said there wasn't anything else available. I fly through Vegas to connect to other flights frequently and I will NEVER attempt to eat here again. In fact, I walked over to the PGA restaurant in Concourse B and had one of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant in a long time.
The hostess was off putting , she saw I was a party of one and didn't suggest the bar. Instead she told me to scan the QR code to get into the cue . Then she disappeared while 10 people all stood around waiting when reappeared 2 women walked in past all of us and went to the bar. Everyone looked at her and she announced no waiting at the bar. Then the restaurant was out of Chardonnay . I left.
For airport food, this place was excellent. We didn't have to wait too long and got excellent service. My only complaint was we put ourselves on the wait list, but the restaurant never used the wait list. Good thing we checked in with the host in addition.
Food was so-so. Beer was nice and cold. Costs for what was received was outrageous ... but what are ya gonna do being captured at an airport waiting for departure of your flight?

Not enough servers. Had to wait 10 mins to get a table and then another 15 just to get a server. Had to leave without service. Not a good experience.
The nachos were not a good choice. The cheese was oily and in a pool at the bottom of my plate. My chips were swimming in it. I would not get again.
Probably the worst meal we had in Las Vegas. If you just need something on your stomach before you fly, it works but don't expect any flavor.
Terrible. Food sucks. Staff is clueless at seating and will let people sit at tables while there is a line. DO NOT order the burger.
