Sammy's Fish Box - Table reservation

We were very displeased with Sammy's. They did not have our reservation. We got there about 4 pm and were not served our dinner until 6 pm. There were four of us. My husband and I got our food first and the other couple never got their food. When we were almost done eating, I asked for the manager to complain. The manager went to the kitchen to find out what happened and brought them their meal, which they rightfully refused. She offered to have one meal free, but they were so annoyed that they told her to send it back to the kitchen. Our waiter never came to our table to see if we had gotten our food. He waited until half an hour after we ordered to tell us that they were out of crab cakes...

sammy was as always very good. always a full of foods some could share the escape it is not cheap, a meal for 2 w 1 cocktail each no appetizer and no dessert was $129 including tax w tipp they are over $150. sammys reservations will not take anymore. for parties under 4 persons. where we can really be overcrowded, people waiting to remember red lobster, we would choose another city island restaurant at the weekend. we were already often and will be back. I had garnelen parm and my man has garnel the boiled kamillen and skaloppler both super tasty. I never had a disappointing meal.

One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. Waited 30 minutes just to have a waiter greet us and took over an hour and a half to get our food. Will never be dining here again.

Awesome outing at the fish box with the family. Unbelievable staff, making the kids feel at home. Nice job guys! Keep up the great work.
