It's time to let it go. Enough is enough. Yes, people got sick. I got sick. It is my understanding that Sam's Inn has gone above and beyond what the Department of Health has asked of them. The restaurant has since hired a consultant to teach all staff the updated health and safety precautions related to food handling. It is also my understanding that it was determined by the Department of Health that the cause of the illness was the norovirus which could have been spread by anyone who entered the establishment. I give them credit for bending over backwards to make this right. Not to mention that the owner, Sam, has been nothing but a positive, productive member of our community.
