Samsara must be suburbia's best kept secret. The food and service here is always divine. I take all my overseas visitors to dinner here. Last week, an old friend and I had the entrée of dips and crisp bread, a salad, and lamb cutlets on pearl couscous. These were accompanied by a generous bread basket. We opted to have everything come at once when asked by the waitress and shared the meal. All were beautifully presented. Over here, they do get that we eat as much with our eyes as our mouths. Dessert, the fragrant and light-as-air custard, was divine as was the Turkish coffee. The chef was nice enough to come by and answer my questions about the chermoula that accompanied the lamb.
