Very poor. Me and my wife came for food as we were staying in the airport marriott. Very nice setting but that is were the good stops. We were seated and then left for 20 minutes before a waiter bothered asking if we wanted a drink. We ordered a large coke large lemonade, then sat back to read the large massively over priced menu. We sat and waited, and waited and another 30 mins went by. So decided to leave, and go get room service instead. I have been to this establishment a quite a few times now and this is now my third experience of terrible service. I thought I would let them off the first time due to the Manager apologising and providing us with a free meal to return. I went last night for my birthday with my friends. It took the staff 30 minutes to come over and take our order, I had to wave the waiter down to come and take our order. Even when he took our order he seemed like he didn’t want to. Perfect, simply perfect. Staff were pleasant attentive without being too 'in your face '. The restaurant was busy lively but there is always a quieter corner to dine in if you don 't like that atmosphere. I went with a friend our mums for my birthday treat. We had the mixed seafood platter to share was more than enough! The garlic bread with cheese is a favourite very moreish. We has classic carbonara (cooked the perfect Italian way of course! , sirloin steak, another classic penne pasta dish that also looked delicious. We came to this restaurant for our anniversary, We felt so rushed by the staff, wanting to take our order as soon as we sat down for food and drink. Once they took our order for starter, it was out within a few minutes which we thought that our food had been sat there for a while. My partner had scallops, which he said didn’t taste particularly fresh and over cooked Then we placed our mains, lobster and lasagne. This again came out way too quickly, the lasagne I had wasn’t hot at all the middle was pretty much cold. Lobster again came out and was not tasting particularly fresh and over cooked. Ridiculously overpriced. Nice food. Poor service by arrogant, bordering on rude staff. Came over to ask if food was okay when we had finished eating. Bill arrived and 12.5% service charge added. We thought this was over the top so altered our service charge to 10% which quite frankly was too much for the poor service. We were told the bill couldn’t be altered and should have said before the bill came. How could we do that without seeing the bill in the first place? Then manager said he would have to make up the difference out of his own pocket
Very much looked forward to dinner pre flying but sadly very much let down with the service. Took 20 mins to be served a drink (and had to ask for this). Seems if not a celebrity (they ask if your staying at the hotel on arrival) then they seem to forget about you. A positive is the food is nice and good quantity, just don’t expect the service to be a level you would want for what you are paying.
This restaurant continues to deliver. I never thought they could take it to another level. They have always been on the ball with customer service, today they found the tiniest window for a non booking and delivered probably the best I have had here under such a high cover. What stands out, the staff, the quality and the kitchen staff have it in spades.
Visited the restaurant a couple of times this week as staying at the hotel for business, have to say the food was amazing, so much better than the last time I visited the restaurant. Service was still a little hit and miss, but better than last time. For me the best waiter is Giuseppe, he looked after me on Wednesday evening and was top notch.

Family meal, food was OK, not worth the high price, place was full of uncontrolled children so the chaos creche is not somewhere we'll ever return to.
