Everybody is different but this is the best lasagna we've ever had. And we have a story behind it. years ago my husband was living in Worms nearby. During one of my visits there we came across this restaurant. But in years we...lost the name and address. When we decided on a short visit to Germany the first thing on the list was to see if we could find the incredible lasagna using only memories about what the street and restaurant looked like. Upon arrival in Alzey, because of construction on this street, it took us about hours to find this place. Time well spent. Lunch was awesome. A good range of all varieties of simple Italian food, every dish in our table of four was impressive not pretentious but tasty and you know that all pasta and sauces are made in-house. The restaurant is located at the main street. There is some public parking space available. The decoration is OK, nothing fancy. The dishes are standard Italian/German. The pizzas are yummy.
