Worse customer service, the owner was very rude, I ordered a drink and ask for the restroom, she asked me if I was going to order a meal and I said yes but for now I’ll start with a drink so she asked me to pay for the drink and the food in advance if I wanted to use the restroom with a very bad attitude, I paid the drink that I ordered and told her that I won’t be eating there anymore because I didn’t like the way she treated me and she said she didn’t care, this people is in the wrong industry, they have no idea what hospitality means.

I just went to this place, the reviews scared me, but the roast beef with beans and rice. I thought it was good and I had a beer that was all from Nicaragua and it was very good The attention from a lady is bad because she answers without joy but the owner was very kind to me and until then everything was fine. We paid 49, two for a shrimp soup, a plate of roast, beer and a fruit salad for my girlfriend.
I ordered 30 pupusas got home, and i was missing 2. Called them to let them know and said that i was wrong and no pupusas were missing, and i was lying on top of the owners being rude. They lost me as a customer.
Two visits to this restaurant, first time normal chicken broth, nothing that makes me return, this last time very bad beef broth but there is something for everyone.
The food is really bad and the people who serve don't have the slightest idea of what it's like to provide customer service, they are despotic and arrogant.

Very bad service and bad food was the first and last time I ate in that place, they are uneducated people, they embarrass me because I am Salvadoran too.
Some people say different but me the owner Miss.Reyes is nice and very business like.
