I am not sure what has happened since they first opened until now, but I ordered food Saturday night and disappointment does not begin to describe how I felt. I ordered via Doordash around 8pm, the app said they were taking orders until 8:40pm. After about 10 minutes I noticed the restaurant did not confirm my order this is NOT the first time this has happened), so I called them and the woman who answered literally went back and forth with me saying they were about to close, she was not sure if they had this item or that item. I’m leaving a rating of 3, because people tend to gravitate towards bad reviews first. But know this, I love love love the food here. I’ve been here four times within a month. When I went back, Mouth watering it was closed for renovations!!!!!!Supposed to reopen in two weeks. Well it’s been about a month. Can y’all please hurry up with these renovations? Trust me, the food and atmosphere are wonderful. I can’t wait to dine there again.
I was in the area and decided to go there for dinner. Well, they have two choices on their menu’s Jamaican or African food so I choose the African Light Soup and Fufu. I was very pleased with my choice of food. The food was great and the service was excellent. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Oxtails were amazing!!! Thank you for the great customer service and being greeted upon entry. Will definitely be returning and as I stated we would love to invite y’all to our Juneteenth food truck event. (Food truck not needed) again thank y’all for having amazing food.
