My husband I stopped in to checkout this unique bar grill. We started with an ice cold beer only to find out they were only serving quick grill foods. We decided to go elsewhere for lunch only to discover our Jeep blew a hose so we were (for lack of better words) broke down. Entering back into the bar the bartender was kind enough to whip up a great burger that was amazing. She then was accommodating in offering a safe place to park until we could manage a tow on our vehicle. A big thank you and we will be back next season when your seasonal Sunday Brunch kicks off. I can 't say enough GOOD about SandBox Bar Grill The Helfrich Hills Golf Course. Good People helping others!!! Thanks a Bunch!...

I try to come here after my shift every Sunday. The view is beautiful. The establishment itself is lovely and clean. The bartenders/ servers are wonderful and attentive. For example as soon as I walk in the door they're already getting a Coors light and a cold glass ready for me. I don't golf. I just come here for the gorgeous hill top view great and theat service. Plus, the food and beverages (alcohol included) are incredibly reasonably priced, especially considering it's a golf course bar. I just really love coming here!

A few friends mentioned the monthly buffet, and it's absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is so friendly. My grandkids and I make it a point to go every month. As for kid-friendliness, the staff is incredibly welcoming to my grandchildren, and we all have a great time together.

gross and treats employees poorly. will delete reviews and hide on facebook. would post someone else’s story from when they worked here, but the owner/operators like to delete. yikes. Book a table now

We randomly stumbled upon this restaurant during a road trip in the USA, and I have to say, the service was outstanding—thank you! Our sandwiches were absolutely delicious.

We sat at the bar for appetizers and beers. The bartender was a conversationalist. We had shrimp appetizer which was delicious and loaded hush puppies also yummy.

Amazing service and food. We love coming in here. The bar tender Andrea was so funny. And the owner Robert and his dad Bart are just GREAT. We love this place
