Ordered from here a number of times before and its always been good. However on this occasion my order Doner Meat Chips) arrived but when I opened the carrier bag with the polystyrene container inside...... IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DRIPPING IN FAT OR OIL!!!! The paper wrapped round the container was about 75% covered in the stuff and more residue was actually inside the bottom of the carrier bag : Added to that,, once I had unwrapped the paper, I also found that the polystyrene food container within was also covered in the greasy liquid!!! Chips were re heated horrible the fish cake was burnt the pancake rolls were burnt and tasted alright the rest was average I e never had a issue with these before the food is normally cooked perfectly but I’m throughly disappointed this time round also the halloumi was the only best decent thing about the whole order
Delivery was early, Food tasted like it was recooked Burger was forgotten so I rang the restaurant and the customer service was Horrendous nothing but laughing down the phone and when I told them my burger was missing he just said it with the driver and hung up
Food came cold, and bits missing but when I called the shop to notify they sent out a new hot meal with sauces, and apologised for the mistake, very good 2nd time round.
