App said food had been delivered but it hadn’t. Contacted restaurant and they said it was out for delivery and should be with me in 10 minutes. App then updated and said was out for delivery and would be here in another 20 minutes. Food finally arrived 5 minutes after the new delivery time and was in a soggy condition and half cold. Very very poor.
Unfortunately chips were over-cooked, possibly reheated, and missed part of the order, just a savaloy, but still. Very disappointed.
Lovely tasty hot food. My fish and chips was great and my sister loved the halloumi kebab.
