Took about an hour from the time we got seated until the time the food came out and it wasnt even busy. the waitress was more worried about her phone than taking our order. Took about 25 minutes to get drinks taken, the nice guy walking around had to tell the waitress to go take our drink order. Food was not cooked to order, medium steak should be pink redish inside not grey with no pink to be found. mashed potatoes tasted and had the texture of something that was cooked the day before, left out over night than reheated in the microwave the following evening. what topped it off was the bad waitress. we order a meal that said it came with salad and we didn 't get the salad because she said th...
For appetizers, we chose cheese sticks and chips with queso. The queso was very thick and didn’t seem to be prepared properly. For our main courses, we ordered three steaks and some pasta. The pasta sauce was chunky and served cold. One of the steaks was supposed to come with southwest shrimp, but when it arrived, it was drenched in southwest sauce and the shrimp was cold.
One steak was ordered medium well, but it arrived still bleeding. We sent it back, and when it returned, it was burnt to a crisp and inedible.

I've always loved eating at Santa Fe but I ordered take out and was a little peeved to discover my steak salad had no steak. Well these geniuse very thoughtfully put the steak on the side so as to not ruin the salad! Love this place, definitely recommend.

The Cobb Salad used to be my favorite, but now it’s completely off-putting. It always tastes spoiled, and the ranch dressing is too watery with an overwhelming mayonnaise flavor. Definitely a disappointment!
I ordered the Santa Fe Enchiladas, but they did not meet my expectations. The Southwest Chicken Pasta I also tried was overly salty. I'm quite disappointed with the amount I spent on these two dishes.
Not great at all, Santa Fe! Who puts the steak on top of the French fries for takeout or delivery? I ended up with soggy, unappetizing fries! At least the steak was tasty.
Great food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. Everything came out quickly, served hot, and tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!
