It's a top-star hotel, though I'm still seeing a star hotel. the hotel is located in very good place, is close to the shopping center the appointment, with dining area next door. Being on the beachfront, you have a spectacular view of the maspalomas dunes. It has two swimming pools, one of them children, a large solarium area and gym. the room is very complete, with some amenities in the bathroom, in addition to the slippers and bathrobe (empaquetado para saber que no han sido oados) and beach service (pain and towels). food: it has a very varied buffet breakfast, eye to coffee lovers, coffee and machine tea served in breakfast is not very good. show: for those who drop them enjoying a show...
We loved this hotel which can't be seen from the street as it's set down below street level! You descend one level and arrive on the 5th floor which is the top floor of the hotel! All rooms overlook the pool but it's worth paying extra for an upper room for the beautiful sea view over the dunes. The hotel has direct access onto the dunes for those fit enough to walk down to the beach (approximately 15/20 minutes). The hotel is immaculately clean and well appointed. The rooms are very spacious including a massive bathroom. The only thing missing in the room was a coffee machine and box of tissues. Pool towels are provided and the use of dressing gowns also. a wonderful stay of nights together. We were in a room on the fifth floor overlooking the dunes and the sea. all rooms are equal, but the cheapest do not have sea views and those on the first floor give directly to the pool, so they are quite exposed. We think it's worth paying the difference for a room on top floors. the location of the hotel is perfect, with direct access to the dunes and in an area with a wide commercial and gastronomic offer. facilities with a clean and modern air. spacious, well-appointed rooms. very comfortable beds, but it attracts attention that there is no option to double beds, they are all single. breakfast is fine, to highlight the Nespresso coffee and the tortil...
Magnificent hotel very well located on the front line in front of the maspalomas dunes and the beach of English. the rooms are a wonder with views of the dunes, where you can see beautiful sunsets. the facilities are a past, very good pool and hammocks space, bar service and excellent restaurant, where the food is correct although somewhat better but the treatment of your staff is exquisite. We highlight the deal in particular “Lolo”, manuel trujillo as it made us feel like at home, an excellent person and a professional like the cup of a pine. Don't get me wrong, the hotel is amazing, the staff are super friendly helpful, the rooms are large, airy and bright, the beds are very comfortable and the location was good.....but sadly the food was not up to scratch. There was a good selection but sadly it was cold. We had paid for room and breakfast but ended up walking to the bars and cafes to have brunch instead. The beach was right outside the hotel, but these were the famous Maspalomas Dunes and to get to the actual sea was a trek and a half, so to walk to the nearest good beach was a 15 minute walk, as were the bars and shops. We did have a great holiday though and would go back but maybe another part of the island.
of all hotels that I have visited in large canaria, which are quite a few, this is certainly the best. frontline location of the dunes and direct access to them to the beach. excellent staff, from the helper to the ladies of the cleaning , waiters and receptionist super friendly, delicious meals and buffet. spectacular view at the best location of the island. to recommend and repeat.
boring and uninspiring food. The restaurant is small and cold, but near to the pool. Waiters are slow to take your plates and the service is in general lagging. Also in the kitchen the service is lagging. If you dinner late, you will find the chef's food sold out. So be sure to be there before 20:00 or first seating.
