Benefit of the doubt right. I order a 2 birria tacos and 3 TJ tacos. I did NOT get my Birria. And called them to let them know the issue. (see photo) they have the audacity to still argue with me.FYI the birria is more expensive, however they are good( past orders) . this is why i ordered it. Called to let them know i got the incorrect order, but the lady.. Not the receptionist but the lady in the back refuse to be in the wrong. I will not disclose the# But this is not how you should manage a business. My husband loves the carnitas burrito I'm a big fan of their tostadas potato taco. We used to have DoorDash pick up/deliver our order, but for some reason they took the carnitas burrito off their menu. The restaurant still has this item, so we just pick it up ourselves now. Defeats the purpose of my DoorDash subscription, but the food at Santana's is so good, it's worth the inconvenience of fetching it ourselves!! We order from Santana's at least twice a month!! Good quality Mexican food. ?
Terrible food and experience. Found a roach shell in my burrito and when I told the manager he had a blank stare and said there was nothing he could do. I don’t think it’s wise for the owners to let their son manage the business maybe send him to school first.
Had like a tea spoon of guacamole in a carne asada burrito. Stop lease and close shop. 3rd time this placed sucked this place is absolutly terrible
