Love that you can order takeaway after walking your dogs and have a drink on the patio while you wait. The potato salad is some of the best ever. The new Yorker sandwich (pastrami and corned beef Reuben type sandwich) with extra meat was fabulous. The marinated mozzarella salad was like a tomato and cucumber salad with mozzarella added and it was tangy and fresh. Perfect for this warm weather. I also got a large cannoli. I wish it had had more candied orange in it but overall very satisfying and light.
Pizza was measurably better than Domino's or other standard delivery stuff. However, the online ordering was even more complicated and annoying than Domino's. And Domino's is super-annoying with all those prompts to add things. Santini's challenge is way too much security verification for a $25 order. Enter two credit cards, and email, and phone? What if I had only one? And then it didn't work. Ordering over the phone did work.
The food quality has been hit-or-miss for a while, but it's gotten better lately. My last two visits found that the quality has improved somewhat, but it still has a way to go to get back to where it was in its early days. After a long hiatus I've found that it's worth an occasional visit.
Most of the time, customers will enjoy their dishes at this restaurant. However, recently they have been burning the edges of their food too frequently. Additionally, it seems impossible to receive a delivery on time.

Picking up an online order here was a fiasco. Had to go home and come back while food sat because of miscommunication with staff. Pizza wings etc solid from here.

The pizza is consistently oily and limp, lacking any crunchiness and always undercooked. I only ever order cheese slices so I cannot comment on the full pizzas.
