This used to be out favorite spot! But the recent menu change isnt appetizing and a bit confusing, they've removed several items and added some verbiage to the menu saying there are limited substitutions and no alterations to the menu. That leaves only a few choices for vegetarians that aren't some quinoa or cauliflower rice type dish. Not all vegetarians want to eat that, sometimes we just want a falafel in a pita. The new menu only offers falafel in a bowl and according to the new (and now confusing) menu, a pita isn't really an option for falafel. My husband also wasnt able to find his usual dish on the menu and was equally baffled about the verbiage regarding substitutions and alteration...
Food has been okay but the ordering experience has been consistently horrible. One time waited 20 extra minutes while my family had their dinners and ate. Always waiting extra time for part of the order while the rest of the orders have been made. Music is too loud, cannot hear the assemblers asking questions. Need to improve on the ordering procedures. Others in line have been frustrated too. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I was really excited to try this place on DoorDash. After waiting over an hour and multiple phone calls to the restaurant, it turns out a dasher stole my food. Another dasher was sent to pick up my order, but the restaurant refused to remake it. They told me it wasn’t their problem and to take it up with DoorDash. With their awful customer service, I won’t be bothering to try again. Service: Delivery
