Nous avons séjourné à l’hôtel Ama à Playa d’en Bossa du 04 au 07 septembre 2025. À notre arrivée, le personnel était agréable, mais la chambre n’était pas du tout à la hauteur et le séjour a été compliqué. Dès le premier jour, une forte odeur d’égout persistait dans les toilettes. On nous a expliqué que cela venait de la mer agitée, mais cette odeur n’était présente nulle part ailleurs dans la zone (les toilettes du lobby et de la piscine par exemple ne présentaient pas d’odeur). De plus, les couvertures étaient tachées et le lavabo de la salle de bain bouché. Malgré nos plaintes quotidiennes, aucun suivi n’a été fait. On nous a conseillé d’écrire un mail car le manager n’était jamais présen...
Beautiful pool area, very clean. |Breakfast is lovely, eggs etc all cooked fresh, lots of fresh fruit and delicious pastries and muffins, excellent service by Dana. |Drinks made by Fausto daily were really nice, I would recommend the frozen daiquiris. Wow, just wow! I’ve been to Ibiza many times and this is the best hotel I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in! It’s not just the amazing building, comfy beds and brilliant sea front location but the staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, special shout of to Sarah from the pool and Rachel from the front desk going out of their way to help it really adds to the relaxed and Ibiza vibe this place has. The pool is stunning and the perfect place to relax and the food is equally as good. Thank you! We will be back :

Soggiornato in hotel nel mese di agosto veramente brutto sembrava di stare Alcatraz |Camere oscene e non moto pulite il bagno piccolo e mal funzionante per non parlare della posizione direi soldi buttati!!!!! Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto del sito !!!! In giro ci sono strutture migliori
Si dimenticano o fanno apposta per non pulirti la camera Siamo stati senza mai cambiare lenzuola pulire pavimento etc Pessimo servizio considerato il costo giornaliero di ben €500 al giorno! Abbiamo provato a chiedere più volte di pulire la camera ma non siamo mai stati ascoltati
Het was geweldig , super fijn personeel. Alles tip top verzorgd. Wij gaan terug in september. Ontbijt was ook geweldig , eiergerechten worden vers bereid. Kamer was super. Uitzicht op zee. 1 klein minpuntje zij de stoelen op balkon zouden betere moeten staan
Espectacular!!! Comida estupenda, buen ambiente, servicio familiar. Estuvimos con la family. Encontramos amigos, lo pasamos genial en una ambiente decorado exquisitamente. Una auténtica experiencia ibicenca con muy buena vibra:Volveremos!!!
