I visited Saó Restaurant by Vicenç Fajardo. It was an unforgettable experience. The cozy and elegant atmosphere made us feel at home, and the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The food was the highlight, with elaborate, fresh dishes that offered explosions of flavour. The wine selection and dessert were also perfect. This restaurant deserves its sun in the Repsol Guide and I recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I can't wait to go back!
Signature cuisine that manages to be sophisticated without being confusing, with dishes that are easy to recognize and appreciate. The whole aubergines baked in the oven are amazing and the crispy piglet and tuna belly are delicious. That's for another day. We'll be back!
