after some pho eating, while in hobart, decided to come here after seeing the partitur on zomato. when I sat down and looked through the menu, I realized two things, this place was not even almost authentic Vietnamese and it was very expensive compared to other Vietnamese I had before. incredible I thought it was worth paying for something more delicious, so I went on and ordered the pho. Unfortunately, it was not worth eating after my opinion. the suppe itself tasted slightly watery and not particularly aromatic. the noodles were a bit muddy and the meat was also not super delicate. it didn't taste very authentic, but it wasn't unbearable either. Started off well. Nice spring rolls, not a bad atmosphere, friendly service. However, the main was terrible. We shared a prawn sizzling plate with steamed rice. The prawns were rubbery and tasted'fishy'. The rice was a little dry. Probably the worst Chinese food I've had since the 90s. Also the food was definitely not authentic Vietnamese. Incredibly overpriced. The meal should have cost maybe 25 overall but the bill was 60 including a glass of wine. Would recommend people go somewhere else.

4 of us went to the street looking for good Asian food, which is what we have onight! squid vegetables, chicken chili lemongrass, crispy noodles with 3 meat 1 bark cocosm flour. we were very satisfied! good service. while we are in hobart, we will try again other dishes from this restaurant.

Although the Vietnamese cuisine is here on the pricier side, the Vietnamese cuisine is overall very good and authentic in their aromas. I would recommend the shooking bark and the garlic. they were well done. the soups were also a good starter. the total service was friendly and helpful.
