The edamame also exceeded my expectations and was very reasonably priced! Admittedly, I was a bit frustrated at first because we had to wait longer than expected, and my mom felt the same way since we were both quite hungry. However, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating; they even treated us to complimentary shots and worked hard to get us a table as quickly as possible.
I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends! Even though it was pouring rain and really windy during our visit, as seen in the video, the meal was absolutely worth it.
Didn’t even get in the restaurant. We arrived just on time for the reservation at 6:45pm, but the other group without reservation arrived right after us told the server that they’re the sushi man Will’s friends, so they got in before us and the server told us to wait for another 5 mins. We were standing outside in the cold wind for 30 mins! No one even came out to talk to us! Sadly we just left to another restaurant nearby. So disappointed and upset about this experience. Why would us need to reserve a time spot ahead if this situation has happened?
The food was excellent, but we experienced a significant delay with our order. Half of what we had requested was forgotten, and we ended up waiting quite a while. At first, we thought it was just a busy night, but when we saw people who arrived after us finishing their meals, we decided to inquire about our missing items. It turned out that they had overlooked part of our order, which resulted in a wait of about 30 to 45 minutes before we received everything. Unfortunately, there was no apology offered for the oversight.
This is one of my favorite Sushi Restaurants. The staff and the chefs are so friendly and create a fun vibe. The food is really good especially the chef special. Let them do their work and they will amaze you. Also great value money wise for good quality without the super high price tag. Only thing I would say is if you are looking for quiet and intimate this is not the place. Fun, friendly, and amazing YES!

I'm absolutely in love with this place and can't wait to go back (we live in San Diego). Ana is amazing, and the atmosphere is so much fun. You'd be surprised by the exceptional quality of the food, considering it has more of a party vibe, but we really enjoy it!
Service was among the best. Everyone was so friendly. Great value and all the food was very tasty. A fun atmosphere to be in. Don’t expect to have meaningful conversations because it can be loud. I can’t wait to go back.
